JOINT CITY COUNCIL / REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
3. City of Ojai and Ojai Redevelopment Agency 2006 Annual Audited Financial Statement and 2006 Single Audit Report for the City of Ojai
Craig A. Hartzheim, Moss, Levy & Hartzheim, certified public accountants, presented an overview of the audit reports.
MOTION: Council Member Hanstad moved and Council Member Horgan seconded to receive and file the City of Ojai and Ojai Redevelopment Agency Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2006; and receive and file the Single Audit Report for federal grant funds for the City of Ojai for the year ended June 30, 2006.
The result of the roll call vote:
AYES: Olsen, Hanstad, Horgan, Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: DeVito
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
a) Warrants for Redevelopment Agency for February 8, 2007 in the amount of $3,008.12
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize payment.
b) Minutes of the Ojai Redevelopment Agency meeting of January 23, 2007
RECOMMENDATION: Approve as submitted.
MOTION: Council Member Horgan moved and Council Member Hanstad seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted.

NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: DeVito
